1. About these terms
Mana & Minis is the business operating this online hobby store. These terms apply to your use of the Mana & Minis website and to purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and descriptions
We aim to keep product names, descriptions, photographs and prices accurate and up to date. Product images are provided for illustration and colours may vary between screens.
Availability is shown as accurately as reasonably possible. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where necessary.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product, delivery and total charges are shown at checkout before you commit to payment. The price payable is the price shown at checkout when your order is placed, subject to obvious pricing errors.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our website.
4. Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. We will provide confirmation of your order by email. We reserve the right to contact you if there is a problem with availability, pricing, payment or delivery information.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom and normally dispatch orders within 2–3 working days after successful payment. Delivery charges and arrangements are described on our Delivery & Returns page and at checkout. Unless agreed otherwise, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is accepted.

6. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Our Delivery & Returns policy explains how to exercise an applicable 14-day cancellation right, return goods, report faulty or incorrect goods and use the model cancellation form.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms. Where consumer law gives you a right to cancel, return, repair, replace or receive a refund, we will honour those rights.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
7. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The Mana & Minis name, branding, graphics, text and original website content belong to Mana & Minis or the relevant rights holder. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our original content without permission.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed on this page applies to orders placed after it has been updated.
