Delivery
We currently deliver only to addresses in the United Kingdom. The delivery charge and full order total are shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days after successful payment. We will send an order confirmation and contact you if an item is delayed or unavailable. Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is accepted.
Please check the delivery address before paying. If you notice an error afterwards, contact support@manaandminis.com promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
Cancelling an online order
For goods covered by the statutory cooling-off period, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the goods are delivered. You do not need to provide a reason. Email support@manaandminis.com or use our contact form and include your order number.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, return the goods within 14 days. Please contact us before posting anything so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
You are responsible for the direct cost of a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise. Mana & Minis will cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, misdescribed or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds
For an eligible cancellation, we will refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may reduce the refund if handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop has reduced the value of the goods.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description of the problem. Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected by this policy.
